If you are getting the above error on your windows plesk sites , Here is what you need to check.
1.) Make sure proper permissions are assigned to your site with ASPNET User.
2.) Add the proper handler required for the application ( for ex. *.aspx ) mapping For module aspisapi.dll
3.) Or you have not installed the asp.net feature from within IIS in “Add/Remove windows component”.
